 Broke within the first month!Jul 29, 2010
I was so excited to get this watch- cute, functional, seemed like a great deal. When it came, I loved it and it worked great. But within the first month, it broke. I was very careful with it- it was waterproof, but I tried to not wear it in the water. One day, while tubing down a river (nothing intense or anything, just a nice little ride) the screen fogged up and went blank. I didn't hit it on anything, I didn't tamper- nothing. Hopefully, that 1 year warrenty will come through for me. So good watch- just don't intend on wearing it when you do anything or think about water.

I am training to run a half marathon. I use interval training to better my time. This Timex Ironman T watch is great for interval training. It is light on the wrist and easy to program. I would have given it a 5 star rating if the interval beep was louder. It is a little difficult to hear. Other than that...thumbs up!!

I bought this watch for my wife about a month ago and already the band has broken. It broke on both sides at the top where the buttons are. She loves this watch and thinks the color is great, although the gray has turned an ugly greenish color with a short amount of wear. The functions on this watch are great she had no problem with the buttons being hard to push like I read in other reviews. The band is what made me decide to write my first review on Amazon. This is not the first watch like this I have purchased and the other one broke in a similar fashion. I am going to buy a Casio this time.

Wanted this watch for the interval timer which it does have and I do use. I love all that this watch can do, but without the instructions at hand, it is hard to remember how to set it for each different mode. I need to review the instructions again. Was hoping they would be easier to remember and wouldn't have to keep referring to them. Otherwise it is a great watch. I use it to time my boys for fun, time myself during Crossfit workouts, set the alarm for reminders, lots of good functions. One more not perfect thing is my wrist is an in-between size, so I find myself switching between 2 holes for comfort as one is too loose and one is too snug, but is common for my 1/2 size off wrist.

I love this watch. I have three of them. I use the timers constantly while cooking and going about my life. They do get a bit dirty because of the plastic.
